Isles of scilly st mary’s 2026

Following the impact of Storm Goretti, the team at Westwood Tree Services has been working on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, carrying out large-scale storm damage clearance and making affected areas safe.

The project has involved the removal of hundreds of storm-damaged trees and hazardous timber, helping to restore access and protect public spaces across the island. It has been a significant undertaking, and we're incredibly proud of the progress made so far. Although there are still a few months of work ahead, it's rewarding to see the positive difference the team has already made.

We would like to thank everyone on St Mary's and across the Isles of Scilly for the warm welcome, the interest you've shown in the project, and for sharing photos and updates on social media. The support from the local community has been greatly appreciated.
